We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers. As such, this privacy policy sets out how Farhat Shaukat (hereafter referred to as 'us' or 'we') uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website.
Your online privacy and security is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring that you are protected. We will not disclose, sell, distribute or lease, personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address.
We do not receive your banking details, credit/debit card number, expiry date, card holder name, or any other information for payments made through our payment gateway, PayUmoney. PayUmoney is a 100% secure, PCI DSS certified payment gateway, which uses the post powerful secure socket layer (SSL) for encrypting customer data during transmission.

In-store pick up
Curb side pick up is available for A4 / A3 prints, lapels, patches and tote bag orders. Pick ups are available Monday - Friday from 11pm-5pm.
A 3 days notice would be needed prior to pick ups. Bangalore only.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your order.

Shipping fees
We offer shipping at the following rates
Shipping method: Standard 3-5 days starting at Rs 150
All times and dates given fro delivery of the products are provided in good faith but are estimates only.
Once your order is packed, a confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you.

International Shipping is not provided at the moment.

Delays
If your order is delayed for any reason, you will be informed as soon as possible with revised estimate and date for delivery.

Ordering and Cancellation
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock and up to date, but in the unlikely event that we do not have your chosen product we will contact you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible. Orders cancelled within 12 hours of being placed are entitled to a full refund.
Please email farhaat.s@gmail.com if you wish to cancel your order and we will issue the refund immediately. Please allow a few days for the refund to be reflected in your bank statement.

Pricing
Prices are inclusive of taxes, but not any custom charges that may occur for international deliveries, or transaction fees that you may be charged by your bank for making a payment in a different currency to your holding account. We reserve the right to adjust any prices or shipping amounts at any time without notice.

Images and descriptions
We aim to display and describe accurately the colour of products on the website, however colour representation varies from monitor to monitor, so there may be some slight variation from the actual product you receive.

Refund policy
We really hope that you’re happy with your Binsubu purchase. If, however, you are unhappy or if your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us at info@binsubu.com as soon as possible. We will offer a refund or replacement on any item as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt. We are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product to Binsubu, and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
Once we receive the item/s, the refund will be initiated.Please note that minor differences in colour, printing and placement of the print are not considered defects, but are part of the intrinsic digitally printed and hand made nature of our products and are what makes each piece special.
